2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Product must include:
  • Original packaging
  • Tags and labels
  • Warranty card (if provided)
  • Invoice or proof of purchase
  • The product must not show signs of damage, scratches, or alterations caused by the customer.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn watches or straps
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product using the instructions provided by support.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


8. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.

After approval:
